StraightBet SA cannot provide counselling, emergency intervention or clinical support for gambling-related harm.

StraightBet SA cannot:

• approve a withdrawal;
• reverse a bet;
• settle a disputed wager;
• release account funds; or
• compel an operator to change a decision.

Account-specific complaints should first be submitted directly to the relevant operator through its formal complaints process.

Where a dispute remains unresolved, the customer may consider contacting the provincial gambling authority responsible for licensing that operator.

You may tell StraightBet SA about a serious or recurring concern where it could affect the accuracy of our published review. However, contacting us does not replace an official complaint to the operator or regulator.
